  • DEFINITIONS
    Camp:it refers to the football and related camps taking place in San Zeno di Montagna, Jesolo, Folgaria and Verona from June 14 to July 11, 2009.
    Organization: Football Camp Italia a.s.d.- Via Volturno 9c – 37060 – Sona – Verona
    Coordinator: means the Organization representative at the Camp
    Participant\Athlete: it’s the boy or the girl, aged between 6 and 16, attending – under preliminary authorization of those with paternal authority, one of the Camps.

  • HOW TO ENROLL
    Enroll by filling in the fields here below, sending by bank transfer (no other means of payment can be accepted) an advance payment of € 200 or the full amount in case of City Football Camp, indicating the name of the participant, the chosen Camp and period. The form, together with payment receipt and an ID format photo, must be sent by ordinary mail, fax, email or personally given to the organizers at one of the below listed addresses. Cancellations are accepted until 15 days before start date of the Camp under deduction of a € 20 handling fee.

  • DATES, STAYS, AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
    The dates for the 2009 summer Camps are: weekly shifts from June 14 to July 14. Check-in at the hotel is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday 21. Check-out is after lunch on Saturday June 27 within 3 p.m., when the services provided will end. The Organization reserves the right to amend or cancel the Camps in case of force majeure of if an adequate number of participants is not reached, against return of any paid amount and no additional indemnity whatsoever.

  • NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
    To enroll the following documents are requested:
    • Copy of the advance or full payment
    • Certificate of vaccination
    • Copy of the Medical ID
    • Medical certificate for the practice of amateur sport
    • Enrollment form with signatures in original

  • PARTICIPANT’S OBLIGATIONS
    All participants shall conform to the general rules of prudence and diligence and those of discipline and behaviour indicated by the Co-ordinator on behalf of the Organization. The participant and\or those having parental authority indemnify the Organization from all and any responsibility arising from any mis-conduct.

  • ASSISTANCE AND INSURANCE
    Any request in this respect shall be sent to the Co-ordinator. The enrolment fee includes a “Civil Liability towards People” insurance and an “Injury insurance” during the entire stay at our Camps.

  • EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
    The Organization is indemnified from any damage caused by the participant acting unauthorized on his own and not following the directions of the co-ordinator, from a fortuitous event, from a force-majeure event or from circumstances that were, under ordinary professional diligence, unpredictable by the Organization.

  • CANCELLATION
    The participant may cancel before the Preben Elkjaer Football Camp by Registered Letter to the Headquarters of the Organization, at no additional cost, not later than 15 days before the beginning of the Camp. After this date no reimbursement can be given.

  • J . RECESSO
    Il Partecipante ha diritto di recedere prima dell’inizio del Camp, mediante comunicazione da inviarsi tramite raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno, presso la sede dell’Organizzazione, almeno 15 giorni prima dell’inizio del Camp, senza aggravi di spesa o somme trattenute se non 20.00 Euro per spese di segreteria. Oltre tale termine le somme versate non potranno essere restituite.

  • M. KIT SPORTIVO
    Con l’iscrizione ai camp riceverete in omaggio un kit sportivo accessori. Potrete visionarne la composizione visitando il nostro sito oppure consultando il catalogo cartaceo. I kit sono diversi da camp a camp e da formula con pernottamento e senza pernottamento. Sarà possibile provare la taglia del kit presso Gambini Sport, Via Salisburgo 10, Verona, sabato escluso, entro e non oltre il 14 maggio 2010. Dopo questa data a chi non avrà provato il kit ne sarà assegnato uno d’ufficio in base a quelli assegnati ad altri partecipanti con caratteristiche fisiche simili. In questo caso il kit potrà essere cambiato solo in caso di disponibilità della taglia richiesta, pertanto è vivamente consigliata la prova della taglia dell’abbigliamento e delle scarpe dove previste. In caso di indisponibilità dei prodotti previsti nei kit l’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di sostituire il prodotto mancante con uno simile senza che nulla sia dovuto a compensazione in quanto il kit è da considerarsi un omaggio.

  • N. LA QUOTA COMPRENDE
    Nei nostri prezzi, salvo dove diversamente ed espressamente indicato, sono compresi, senza supplementi, tutti i servizi e le attività proposte nelle singole offerte dei camp. In particolare: utilizzo strutture – assistenza 24H - attività tecnica - animazione - tornei - sala giochi – attività alternative comprese nell’offerta – ingresso alle piscine dove previsto – ingresso Jungle Adventure a San Zeno – Assicurazione RCT e Infortuni – Kit abbigliamento come da catalogo – vitto e alloggio dove previsto come da singole offerte – premiazioni – omaggi e gadgets giornalieri – merenda. Per maggiori dettagli visionare le singole offerte dei vari camp. Le prestazioni comprese sono quelle espressamente indicate sul catalogo, sito o pubblicità: trasporti da e per i camp non sono compresi a meno che non richiesti con il servizio pullmann.

  • O. VARIE
    La presente, vale anche quale richiesta di ammissione all’A.s.d. Sport Camp Italia, avendo preso atto dello statuto pubblicato sul sito www.sportcampitalia.com. Nel caso venga accettata la presente domanda, la quota associativa ordinaria, pari all’importo di Euro 10.00, con scadenza al 31.12.2010 si intende compresa nella quota di iscrizione dei camps. Una lettera tramite e-mail con tutte le informazioni organizzative relative ai camp verrà inviata ai partecipanti la settimana precedente la partenza. Chi non fosse in possesso di indirizzo e-mail potrà comunque scaricare tale documento dal sito www.sportcampitalia.com. Per ogni controversia riguardante il presente contratto sarà competente il foro di Verona con esclusione di ogni altro.
