PARTICIPANTS
What is the age to enroll?
2009 Camps are for kids aged between 6 and 16 years.
My son does not play football on a regular basis. Can he still participate?
2009 camps are for all kids aged between 6 and 16, athletes or not. The technical staff will trained the player considering his skills.
My son is a goalkeeper. Do you offer specific training sessions?
Yes! During almost any week, specific training session with specialized trainers are available. He could also participate to the Uhlsport Goal Keeper Camp, specifically designed for goalkeepers.
Can girls also enroll?
Yes, provided they are aged between 6 and 16.
My son is coming alone: would he be all right?
Sure! Most of the participants are self-accompanied. Socialization among kids is very easy, thanks to the different group activities and to the rooming criteria, based on the age of the kids reaching our Camps alone.
ENROLMENTS
What is the deadline for enrollment?
As long as there are places available.
What payment do you accept?
You can only pay via bank transfer. ATTENTION: no cash payment are accepted.
Is an advance payment requested when enrolling?
The advance payment is € 200. The advance and\or full payment shall be done via bank transfer and the receipt shall be attached to the enrollment form. If you enroll later than 20 days before the starting date of the Camp you shall pay the full fee amount.
When is the balance due?
Balance amount (via bank transfer) and the relevant receipt shall be given, faxed (045\8276836) or e-mailed iscrizioni@sportcampitalia.com no later than 20 days before the chosen period.
What are the necessary documents?
- of the advance or full payment (in case of Day Camp or City Camp)
- Enrollment form, permission to process personal data, indemnity for the use of photos and images, duly filled in and signed;
- Certificate of vaccination
- Copy of the Medical ID
- Medical certificate for the practice of amateur sport
TRAININGS
Where will the trainings be?
Trainings sites are the beautiful Stadio Comunale in San Zeno di Montagna, on a natural lawn pitch , the municipal gym and any other facility meeting training requirements.
In Jesolo all activities will take place within the Villaggio Marzotto and on the beach nearby.
How many trainings per day?
One session in the morning and one in the afternoon, from Monday to Friday. On Saturday (departure day) only in the morning.
What is the length of a training session?
The length may vary depending on age of participants and the intensity of previous sessions.
How’s the technical staff of the Camp formed?
At Sport Camp Italia you will find highly qualified and experienced trainers, all from youth teams, with FIGC licence and\or degree in Gym science, pro-football or ex pro-football players.
The trainers at the Hellas Verona and Marmi Lanza Camps are from the respective youth teams.
My son is wearing glasses, can he keep them on during trainings?
Your kid will have to use specific shock-resistant glasses with celluloid frame and graduated carbonate unbreakable lenses, in order to protect the safety of all participants.
LEISURE ACTIVITIES
What leisure activities will you offer?
We organize a wide number of activities:

- The participants will also attend an agility dog competition on a specifically traced track right on our training site, taking over the instructors in the lead of the dogs along the course.
- The participants in San Zeno di Montagna will also spend some time at the Jungle Adventure park.
Are the leisure activities included?
Sure, it’s all-in and activities depend on the availability of the different structures.

Who is organizing the leisure activities?
Skilled and trained federal instructors for each discipline, assisted by entertainers and other instructors.
CONTACT INFORMATION
Can I call my son’s cell phone?
In order to avoid any inconvenience we recommend that no cellphone is brougth to the Camps. Anyway cellphones must be switched off during all activities (trainings, free and leisure time, meals).
When can I talk to my son?
Hotel receptions are available 24/7. We recommend that you call between:
- 13.45 - 14:45
- 19:45 - 20:45
What are the phone numbers?
A business card with all useful numbers will be given to you when checking-in at your Hotel.
Can parents sleep in the same hotel of their sons?
To avoid any unpleasant situation with participants without their parents, it is preferable that parents sleep in different Hotels. On the other hand visits during trainings are mostly welcome.
RECOMMENDED OUTFIT
What does my kid need at the Summer Camp?
All athletes are requested to wear only the outfit in the kit. You will only need to bring:
- Football Shoes
- Tennis shoes
- Slippers, swim-cap, bathrobe and\or shower towel
- Underwear
- Personal belongings
We recommend to mark everything you bring to the Camps.
Can my son bring the kit home?
Yes! The kit is included in the enrollment fee and it’s therefore yours.
Is a laundry service available?
A laundry service, at a weekly rate of € 90, is available upon request when check-in on arrival day. After each training session all clothing will be collected, washed, dried and used on the next training session.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
My kid needs to follow a specific diet, is this also possible during the Camp?
Sure, just fill the relevant box in the enrolment form with your instructions, inform us co-ordinator when checking-in and we will be happy to create an ad-hoc menu.
My kid is on a medical treatment and needs to take medicines: shall I inform you?
Yes, let us have any useful information in the enrolment form. We will call you back for further details and inform the intensive care doctor - with us 24\7 – that will take good care of your kid.
My kid participates with a group of friends. Can they sleep in the same room?
Yes, just let us have the names of the kids you want to be in the same room. We will consider this when creating the rooming list.
PROGRAMME
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is on Sunday between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Check-out is on Saturday after lunch, not later than 3 p.m.
Will the participants be watched all they long?
Our staff will be with your kids 24 hours a day, providing any assistance they may require.
Can we make an inspection of the Hotel when arriving?
Sure, parents can access the hotel when checking-in and obviously take their kids to their accommodation and help them settle in and meet their room-mates.
